Travis Scott's collaboration with Jordan Brand has consistently produced some of the most sought-after sneakers in recent years, and the hype is still going strong. While fans just got their first taste of the Jumpman Jack silhouette and are eagerly awaiting the release of the Canary colorway of the Jordan 1 Low, a new rendition of the Travis Scott x Air Jordan 1 Low OG is on the horizon for Holiday 2024/Spring 2025. This time, the model appears in a Velvet Brown color scheme.
Alongside this pair, the duo is working on an Olive Alternate and Black Olive colorway of the Air Jordan 1 Low OG. A Pale Vanilla colorway was also previously reported. However, the Pale Vanilla pair has been dropped from the Holiday 2024 lineup, leaving a release date in the air.
The upcoming Travis Scott x Air Jordan 1 Low OG Velvet Brown features a sophisticated color palette, combining velvet brown, black, and dark mocha. The upper is dominated by black leather overlays, providing a luxurious touch, while the base layers are crafted in velvet brown suede for a striking contrast. The signature oversized reverse Swoosh adorns the lateral side in a dark mocha, complementing the regular Swoosh on the medial side. Red accents are expected to highlight the collaborative branding elements, including the Nike Air and Cactus Jack logos on the tongue and the Cactus Jack logo on the heel, adding a vibrant pop to the otherwise subdued colorway. The design is rounded out by a matching tonal midsole and a durable rubber outsole, ensuring that the sneaker looks good and is built to last.
The Travis Scott x Air Jordan 1 Low OG Velvet Brown will release Holiday 2024/Spring 2025 through Travis Scott's website, Nike SNKRS, and select retailers online and in-store. Available in men’s, preschool, and toddler sizing, the sneaker will retail for $150, $80, and $65, respectively.
